• Each card is blank inside unless you request as part of the personalisation option

• Glossy format ships from the United Kingdom or Netherlands for UK and European postal addresses
• Matt format printing and shipping locations are in each supported country. For example, if the postal address is in the UK then the card is printed and shipped in the UK, if in the USA, printed and shipped in the USA. Same with Canada and Australia (except for certain EU addresses where the item is fulfilled in NL)
• Each card is shipped in a discrete kraft envelope and packed in clear, protective biodegradable OPP bags (where available)
