How do I send a card or poster to the USA if I'm in the UK?
Ensure that you have selected United States as the current relevant country. This will ensure that all products available in the USA will be activated for you to select.
To do this on a laptop, navigate to the top right of your screen and click on the displayed country. Select 'United States'.
On a mobile device you may find the country/region setting at the bottom of the menu or at the bottom of the home screen.

Why does it say Out of Stock or I can't deliver to my country?
If you see 'Out of Stock' across all or some of the products, or you find that you are unable to checkout because your country isn't listed, you may be trying to deliver to a country currently not supported. We can look at this with you, so please contact us and let us know what the full delivery address is so that we can investigate.
Please also ensure that you select the country you want to ship your greeting card or gallery art poster to. On a laptop select this at the top right of the screen. On a mobile device you may find this at the bottom of the menu or at the bottom of the home screen.
Can I buy a card and ship it if I'm not in the UK?
Yes, of course!
Even though we are based in the UK, all of our countries have printing partners within each of those countries. If you buy a card in the USA then it will be printed and shipped all within the USA! Simply ensure you have selected the United States as your country/region.
The only exception is if you are shipping to an EU country then those are either printed in the UK or in the Netherlands.

Why does the colour on my product slightly different?
Due to variations in device screens and production differences in dyes and batches, the colors of the product may slightly differ from the images shown. This is normal across the industry.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
All our products are eco-friendly made from sustainable paper and can be recycled.
Why can't I add personalisation myself on your site?
Whilst other sites allow you to add your own text or logo on a sample of the product shown on screen, we take a more personal approach. When you advise us of the text you would like to add, we take the time to ensure the design fits the text and if there are changes required we contact you to discuss the options. This might be an alternative location for your text or logo, for example. This way you receive the best end result possible.
Why is my poster slightly different from the one on your site?
Each product may vary slightly along the edges due to the different dimensions of the paper that is offered. As a result the image may be smaller, bigger, cropped to fit the particular size. While we do our best to show different sizes on the website, its not possible to show every variation.
Note that not all sizes will be different. For example we always show our primary image based off size A0. A0 will have the same aspect ratio as A5, A4, A3, A2 so that there is no need to crop. This is the same with certain other sizes.

What thickness is the paper?
Our cards are substandard 300-324gsm matte or gloss paper. Occasionally due to issues beyond our control we might have to substitute with a slightly different thickness paper but you’re still getting a high quality product.
All our posters come with up to 260gsm premium poster paper and are sustainable FSC-certified materials or equivalent.
