How do I send a card to the USA if I'm in the UK?

Ensure that you have selected United States as the current relevant country. This will ensure that all products available in the USA will be activated for you to select.

To do this on a laptop, navigate to the top right of your screen and click on the displayed country. Select 'United States'.

On a mobile device you may find the country/region setting at the bottom of the menu or at the bottom of the home screen.

Why does it say Out of Stock or I can't deliver to my country?

If you see 'Out of Stock' across all or some of the products, or you find that you are unable to checkout because your country isn't listed, you may be trying to deliver to a country currently not supported. We can look at this with you, so please contact us and let us know what the full delivery address is so that we can investigate.

Please also ensure that you select the country you want to ship your notebook or card to. On a laptop select this at the top right of the screen. On a mobile device you may find this at the bottom of the menu or at the bottom of the home screen.

Can I buy a card or notebook and ship it if I'm not in the UK?

Yes, of course!

Even though we are based in the UK, all of our countries have printing partners within each of those countries. If you buy a card or notebook in the USA then it will be printed and shipped all within the USA! Simply ensure you have selected the United States as your country/region.

The only exception is if you are shipping to an EU country then those are either printed in the UK or in the Netherlands.

Why does the colour on my product slightly different?

Due to variations in device screens and production differences in dyes and batches, the colors of the product may slightly differ from the images shown.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

All our products are eco-friendly made from sustainable paper and can be recycled.

Can I customise the size and style of my notebook?

Absolutely. Our bespoke service includes a variety of sizes (A4, A5, US Letter, square, and more) and styles such as softcover, hardcover, linen-bound, and wraparound journals with page markers. Simply contact us for more information on our bespoke service which is no additional charge.

Why can't I add personalisation myself on your site?

Whilst other sites allow you to add your own text or logo on a sample of the product shown on screen, we take a more persanl approach. When you advise us of the text you would like to add, we take the time to ensure the design fits the text and if there are changes required we contact you to discuss the options. This might be an alternative location for your text or logo. This way you receive the best end result possible.

Why is my image slightly different from the one on your site?

Each product has different dimensions for the front and a notebook spine. This may be due to the type (hardcover vs spiral), the size you have selected (US letter vs US Trade) or the thickness because of the number of pages you selected. As a result the image may be smaller, bigger, cropped to fit the particular product. While we do our best to show different sizes on the website, its not possible to show every variation.

What thickness is the paper?

Our notbeook paper is a lighweight #60 which is suitable for everyday writing with pencils, ball point pens and some markers. We offer thicker paper as part of the bespoke service if you are looking for paper that will bleed less with heavy weight markers, caligraphy pens, etc. Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss.
