Shipping policy
If your desired method of shipping is not listed, please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we can ship as per your requirements. International orders may not track the entire way from start to finish due multiple factors like poor integration of tracking information between systems, poor scanning of packages within a country, etc.
Please note that shipping delays do occur, the duration of time required to process an order, etc. all contribute to shipping duration.
▶︎ !! Please ensure your full delivery address including zip/postal code is correct as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address's when ordering.
▶︎ Aim to post within 1-2 business days, so please allow this time for printing. All cards are posted free with standard posting services within the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Other postage rates may be available, for an additional charge and is displayed at checkout..
▶︎ You are responsible for ensuring you collect your card at a delivery to an addresses which is a business or a block or other address which has a common area and is not delivered directly you. We can't be held responsible for deliveries which are put in common areas and open for anyone to take.
▶︎ If you require your item urgently I strongly recommend upgrading to the Tracked 24 option
▶︎ I will only issue refunds or replacements when an item takes longer than 14 working days to arrive.
By ordering, we take this as having been read, understood and agreed/accepted. If you have any questions, please ask BEFORE ordering as we cannot provide further assitance once you have ordered.
United Kingdom only:
▶︎ Please be clear as to Royal Mail delivery times and durations for 2nd class and 1st class. These are currently estimated at 3 to 5 business days for 2nd class and 2 to 3 business days for 1st class, but may take longer especially around holiday periods. Should you have a requirement for a card to be delivered by a certain date, please ensure you leave enough time for the order to be processed, shipping duration for the class of service paid for and any potential Royal Mail delays. I can't be held responsible for orders which are delivered after your specific occasion.
▶︎ For larger quantity orders, envelopes may be scanned (when available) by Royal Mail on delivery (except for those which are bespoke requests to be mailed direct to recipient with text inside), and used to confirm delivery should there be an issue. If the GPS marked delivery location provided by Royal Mail is your address (as close as possible given GPS coordinate location accuracy with Royal Mail), then it is considered delivered and no refunds can be provided.
