Returns
Items which are damaged, faulty, or incorrect must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Any products which have been personalised at your request cannot be returned due to their customised nature.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first by email on hello@imagii.com and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your reason for return and we will process the refund/exchange within 3 business days after receiving the item. You may be asked for proof of postage or tracking on your returned item in case we don't receive it. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is received back with us, we aren't responsible for your shipping method.
