Yes. You can increase the quantity of any card and add as many different cards to your order as you like. They are all mailed to your selected shipping address during checkout.
Creators are those individuals who have proven to generate exceptional ai images and are looking to share their full size images with everyone by joining the imagii community. You can join as a Creator here.
Currently we mail cards to Australia, USA, Canada and UK with free postage. Selected EU countries incur a small additional postage fee.
All cards are shipped directly from the closest printing location. For mailing addresses within the USA, UK, Australia and Canada, your card is printed and posted from within that country.
So, for example, if your card has a mailing address of the USA then the card is printed and mailed all within the USA.
However if your mailing address is one of the EU countries then your cards are posted from the UK.
Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday (excluding local public holidays) local time are expected to ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am will ship the next business day. This time is based on the region your card will send from:
- US orders – GMT-5 (Michigan, USA)
- Canadian orders – GMT-4 (Toronto, Canada)
- UK and European – GMT (Kent, UK)
- All other orders – GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia)
As soon as a card is dispatched, it will take the following estimated times to arrive:
- UK: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- US: 2 to 4 business days, or we will soon offer Express post which will take 1 to 2 business days.
- Canada: 2 to 5 business days
- Australia: 2 to 6 business days for regular post, or we will soon offer Express Post which will take 1 to 3 business days.
- New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days
Please note that delivery duration is out of our control and other local factors will impact the actual length of time. These are estimated durations.
While we try and provide a preview of the card as accurately as possible to the end product, there are many factors involved in the printing process that will result in slight changes.
How you see an image on your device, the paper on which it is printed, cropping may be required during the printing process, etc. are some examples.
Some of our Creators do offer a bespoke service. They indicate on their Creator profile if they offer this service, if not you may contact them on the details they provide on their imagii store. Customers are required to purchase a one-off non-refundable bespoke service request which goes toward the Creator’s time and effort once you both agree to start the work. The exact price of the image(s) created for you and the terms offered will be determined by the Creator and agreed with you.
Have a look at the list of Creators here and contact the Creator directly using the contact details provided. The Creator will then request you to purchase a bespoke service request here to start the work. Once any further charges have been agreed, you will be notified with a link to purchase on imagii.
Once your order has been placed we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order as it will have been sent to the printers immediately after upon checkout and we have no way of intervening.
If in the unfortunate scenario where your card does not arrive, please contact us. Once your order has been mailed from the printers, it’s in the hands of the local mail service. If they have delays then that may impact your order delivery durations.
We won’t be able to assist if you contact us more than 14 days / 10 business days after your order has been purchased.
Currently we offer only standard postage, but we are working on providing a tracked priority service for an additional charge.
